Big wins for our team. We were honored to receive these awards yesterday at the Koch Air Carrier Dealer Meeting. Recognition like this does not happen without an incredible team and loyal customers — we are grateful for both.

What these awards measure

Neither of these is a volume trophy, which is why they mean something to us.

The President's Award is Carrier's top recognition for Factory Authorized Dealers, and it evaluates the whole business: technical training and certification across the technician team, direct customer satisfaction feedback, installation quality against manufacturer specifications, warranty performance, and business practices.

Dealer of the Year from Koch Air, our regional Carrier distributor, reflects performance across the territory — measured by people who see how dealers in this region actually operate, not from a distance.

The customer satisfaction component is the one we care about most, because it is the part we cannot manufacture. It comes from what customers say after we have packed up and left.

Where this fits

These join a run of recognition we do not take for granted: the President's Award in multiple years, Carrier's Top Gun award multiple years, Dealer of the Year honors, and induction into the Carrier Dealer Hall of Fame in 2025.

Underneath all of it is Factory Authorized Dealer status we have held since 2003. That designation is re-evaluated rather than granted permanently — standards for training, satisfaction, and business practices have to be met continuously, and dealers who let them slip lose it.

This belongs to the crew

Awards are collected in a ballroom. They are earned in attics in July, on rooftops in August, and in crawl spaces in January.

They are earned by the technician who takes the extra fifteen minutes to make the connection properly, the installer who fabricates the transition correctly instead of forcing a stock fitting, the office staff who get someone scheduled the same day, and everyone who answers the phone at nine on a Sunday night because a family has no heat.
